My current goal is to get you hooked on natural plant medicine, specifically raw cacao. I was introduced to cacao in ceremony over 25 years ago, have worked with plant medicine in ceremony in Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and México, and have been creating food in the four elements since 2005.
A health care professional all my life, I’m a current Reiki Master and believe that we can heal ourselves, live longer and look younger through the use of natural plant medicines. I’m 112 years old and don’t look a day over 75 jk.
